What you will do
- Implement FHIR R4 APIs, profiles, bundles, and terminology workflows.
- Translate CRD, DTR, PAS, and related implementation guides into production architecture.
- Build secure integrations with EHR, payer, pharmacy, and document systems.
- Create testable, observable services and conformance checks.
What we are looking for
Strong software engineering experience plus hands-on knowledge of FHIR, healthcare integration, or prior authorization. Experience with cloud systems, terminology, and regulated data environments is valuable.
